StreamElements receives $100m investment

In its latest funding round, has received a $100m investment. is a company providing live streaming and video on demand services StreamElements.

StreamElements was established with the goal of helping content creators turn their passion into a career. It has created services and technologies that increase content engagement and revenues. To help increase their offerings and foster further growth, they went on the market. SoftBank Vision Fund 2 led the fundraising efforts. They raised $100 Million from both new and established investors.

The company will use the funds to develop new tools to create, engage, and monetize content in an effort to be the leading partner for creators.

StreamElements offers a variety of tools to help people stream videogames and videos on Twitch and YouTube. The plan is to expand its reach to people who stream video on Trovo and post content to YouTube.

A press release about the investment stated that they were used by more than 1.1 million video producers across all platforms. MoreTech, Menorah and existing investors like State of Mind Ventures were part of the round. PayPal’s venture capital arm was also involved.

Gil Hirsch, CEO of StreamElements stated that the company has grown to be the leader in the creator ecosystem by providing outstanding products and legendary services for content creators. The platform also helped them generate more than a hundred millions dollars. We are increasing our capacity to support content creators on multiple platforms span>.
