Unfortunately, the High Alert buff is not yet available. Warzone developers have teased a Perk balance in order to combat Dead Silence. However, they confirmed the change in Season 4 Reloaded patch notes.

NICKMERCS stated that High Alert, even without the buff is a remarkable perk now and that he will not be receiving Ghost in his second loadout.
