During a recent live broadcast, twitch streamer xQc ended up raging the game Apex Legends for its lack of combat, stating that nobody actually fights. The game Apex Legends has become the latest craze among twitch streamers and viewers alike from the platform.
This follows after popular icons like NICKMERCS and TimTheTatman made the switch due to the ongoing hacking problems plaguing Call of Duty Warzone currently. Twitch streamer xQc who recently stepped out to the GTA RP, has also jumped into the trend and tried his luck on Apex Legends. However, it seems like it didn’t go well as during his recent live broadcast while playing the game, he ended up raging over the game’s supposed lack of combat and went on a hilarious gameplay rant.
Battling opponents within any battle royale is essentially the main component of the game, and over the duration of an Apex match, players are bound to run into other teams around the map and this can lead to some interesting combat. During these fights, players are bound to take cover, regain their shields and health, causing the battles to be prolonged more often than not. Because of this, it’s become rare for players to just jump into the action without healing unless it’s off spawn.
Twitch streamer xQc went on a mini-rant as he shouted; “Nobody actually fights!” then followed up with a hilarious sequence of him imitating characters popping syringes or shield batteries within the game. We can’t help but think that xQc’s sentiment resonates with another internet star as YouTube streamer, Dr Disrespect, said pretty much the exact same thing. Dr Disrespect said that “there’s nothing like cracking two and then having to sit there and f***ing watch them heal”, before explaining that this is why he doesn’t like the game.
Because it’s new and people want to see new stuff as well as the streamer wants to play something new. We’ll see how long people are playing and watching it though.
As of today, xQc averages around 70,000 viewers on his Twitch streams. This puts his overall earnings at around $300,000 per month. Additionally, he also has a popular YouTube channel with more than 1.5 million subscribers, and regularly posts his stream-related and other video game content.
Before xQc was the streaming titan he is today, the Canadian gamer made a name for himself in the professional Overwatch circle. Playing pro Overwatch from 2016 until 2019, xQc was as polarizing then as he is today on Twitch. Leaving professional gaming behind, xQc took to Twitch to become a variety streamer.22-Mar-2022

Twitch streamer xQc raged the game Apex Legends because it was not fighting as much as he thought it should.
